Private In-Store Styling Session – Cancellation Policy

To reserve your private styling session, a $100 payment is required upfront at the time of booking. This payment secures your appointment and ensures dedicated time with your stylist.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours’ notice:
  Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled once at no charge.

• Within 48 hours:
  Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. However, you may transfer your session to another person if you cannot attend.

• No-shows:
  If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your $100 payment will be forfeited and cannot be applied toward future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full styling experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

Store Cancellations

In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at a new time that suits you.
