A personalised experience for both our sellers and our shoppers. We are a beautiful boutique, just out of the city that offers quality, second-hand clothing at just a smidge of the retail price. Walk through our store and browse through an array of racks filled with quality and designer clothing and accessories. We ensure that only good quality garments are bought into store to sell to our customers. You also get access to a free app, which allows you to see your sales in real time!

Why does it take me to a different site to book my rack?

Zellr is the program we use to book in your racks. We ask you to book through this easy, online booking system and secure payment site, so we are able to have all of your booking details in one place. This program also allows you to create your tags for your garments. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything Better Together related! How long should I book a rack for?

You can book a rack for as many weeks as you desire. We just ask for a minimum of 1 week and suggest booking for at least 2 weeks to get the most out of your time at Better Together.

Do you put items on hold for customers?

Unfortunately, we do not hold items. We will regularly be posting our latest in-store styles to our Instagram and Facebook. If you see something you like on our socials, we can take ‘over the phone payments’ to secure your item, and then all you have to do is come into store to pick it up or we can post it to you.

Are the prices at your store negotiable?

Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to negotiate prices on behalf of the stall holders.

Is there a parking somewhere nearby?

Sure is! We are a part of the Minicozzi Centre on Payneham Road. There is a carpark just after the shop, otherwise if you head down Salisbury Avenue, the first left after the set of shops, and turn right there is another carpark at the back of the shop as well. No time limit!

How do I do my price tags?

Once you have booked a rack with us, you will get an email from our partner company Zellr, with login details. These are used to log in to Zellr and create your price tags. Each price tag holds its own unique barcode that is connected to your account. 

You will also receive an email from us that contains a step-by-step PDF guide, walking you through how to create your price tags.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 100% deposit is required on all rack rental bookings. This is non-refundable due to change-of-mind or cancellation. 100% of the booking fee will be carried over for a date change with 7 days-notice.
