Sellers enjoy real-time sales tracking via the Zellr app and our friendly team ensures a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish.

  • Our rent-a-rack system is designed to make selling your second-hand clothes easy and profitable. Simply book a rack, price and tag your items, and let our team take care of the rest. You can even opt for our optional setup service if you’re short on time. Throughout your rack rental, you'll track your sales live through the Zellr app. Learn more here.

  • We use Zellr, a secure third-party platform that powers our rack booking system. Zellr makes it easy to select your rack size, schedule your rental dates, and generate custom price tags for your garments. It’s your one-stop-shop for everything Better Together—booking, tagging, and tracking your live sales.

  • We recommend booking your rack for at least 2 weeks to get the best return. However, you can rent for as little as 1 week or as long as you like—it's up to you. New customers discover us daily, so giving your pre-loved pieces time to shine often leads to higher sales.

  • Yes! If you don’t have time to prepare your rack, we offer a Drop-Off Service. Simply bring your second-hand clothing into store and we’ll price, tag and set up your rack for you.   • Absolutely! Once your rack is booked, you’ll get access to the Zellr app, where you can monitor your sales in real time. Watch the sales roll in while we handle the rest - it's honestly addictive.

  • Once your rack is booked, you’ll receive login details for Zellr, along with a helpful step-by-step guide from our team. Zellr allows you to generate and print custom price tags—each with a unique barcode linked to your account, so every sale is tracked and accounted for.

  • All rack bookings require full payment upfront. This payment is non-refundable if you cancel within 10 days of your rack start date. However, if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to move your booking with 7 days’ notice.

Shopping with us:

  • As each rack is run by an individual seller, we don’t offer holds or negotiate pricing. However, we do allow over-the-phone purchases if you've spotted something you love on our social media. Items can then be picked up in-store or posted Australia-wide.

  • Yes! Our Hyde Park boutique has customer parking available at the rear of the store. There's also plenty of street parking along King William Road.

  • As a pre-loved fashion store operating under a consignment and rent-a-rack model, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases. All items are sold on behalf of individual sellers, so we encourage shoppers to try items on and choose carefully before purchasing.

  • Select designer consignment items are now available to shop online through our website. These include high-end pre-loved handbags, shoes, sunglasses, and accessories. Items are carefully authenticated and can be shipped Australia-wide.

  • Daily! Because we operate on a rent-a-rack system, we have new racks setting up every day. We recommend popping in regularly or following us on Instagram to keep up with the latest arrivals.
